6% Oldtimer Steuer
Hallo,
Heute schickte mir SCL Rotterdam (Spedition) eine Mail, in der stand, das die Oldtimereinfuhrsteuer, die letztes Jahr auf 19% angehoben wurde zum 1.07.12 wieder auf 6% gesenk wird.  den Holländern !!!

Kleinigkeit am rande:
Muss erst von der NL-Regierung unterschrieben werden.  Alternativ einfuhr: Rotterdam -Frankreich (7%)  + gebuehrCheerio William

Hallo William,
wo steht das ? Org. Text VAT for oldtimer import into The Netherlands back to 6% in 2012 With the new Budgetary Agreement 2013, the Dutch government has decided to decrease the VAT-rate for the performing arts and (import of) antiquities to 6%, effective July 1st 2012. This means the decision made by the government in December 2010 (nr. DV2010-537M) to increase the rate to 19% has been withdrawn. One of the consequences of this decision is that oldtimer cars (older than 30 years) can once again be imported into The Netherlands using the low 6% VAT rate and no import duties. Good news for all oldtimer-enthusiasts!

Hi,
ich muss gestehen, ich habe den news article nicht mehr. War ein ausfuehrlicher zum thema. Laut dem muss das neue gesetz (oder bestimmung) noch ratifiziert werden. Ich habe die aenderung aber auch noch nicht auf der offiziellen NL Belastingdienst gelesen: Befreiung von der BPM (Umsatz- und Einfuhrsteuer für Personenkraftwagen und Krafträder) und MRB (Kraftfahrzeugsteuer) Auch im Formularbereich wird noch nichts von der aenderung erwaehnt: Einführung BPM/MRB-Befreiung bei vorübergehender Nutzung Cheerio William
